Awesome gym! Super convenient to my office, great selection of classes and workout equipment, plentiful towels and friendly, motivating staff (looking at you, Tristan)!
Great place to work out without presumptuous huge egos and they have great classes too!

I mostly use the YMCA for swimming. They have a lifeguarded 25-meter pool that was clearly set up with a serious fitness swimmer in mind: plenty of sturdy kickboards, comfortable pull buoys, and hand paddles and fins of various sizes. They also have backstroke flags and centrifugal force swimsuit dryers in the locker rooms, features my last gym didn't have. And there are five coached swim workouts per week, free with membership!
