Always a great meal and great service.
We've eaten here a couple times while visiting WSU. The first visit was fine. No complaints. We chose to take a large group here after graduation and the table wasn't ready when we arrived, service was very slow, and the food was not warm for many of the people in our party. Because it took a long time to get the food, I don't believe anyone sent the food back, but had there not been so many of us we would have sent it back. My boyfriend, my father and his girlfriend and myself all came in on 4/20 about 2 years ago and because us as a whole smelled like weed she said have any of you smoked recently and I said yeah probably it's 4/20 honey And she refused to serve any of us. Any alcohol or at all basically made us feel stupid and turned us away. I have not been back since and find this to be the stupidest thing I have ever ever experienced in my life at a place of business. Service was good. Burger was very overcooked and dry. Maybe some like burgers charred black with hard crunchy edges, but that is not my vibe. Coleslaw was good though. Also a fairly spendy burger
Unfortunately, it seems this place has gone down the drain. We use to enjoy going here for a decent dining experience, but tonight was bad all the way around. Waited an incredibly long time to order. Food service was fairly quick but one of our parties burger (patty) was burnt on one side, gray on the other and the Chicken on the hawaiian chicken sandwich was cold with a slice of unmelted cheese and a lukewarm piece of pineapple.
