Great professional service! Very friendly technicians and I did not have to wait very long.
I got an ultrasound here and need the images to email to Bangkok for surgery to avoid long wait times in canada. I asked for the images and they gave me the run around saying I needed to ask my doctor to give permission. I had to make an appointment with my doctor who felt it was a waste of their time for me to simply request documents. They sent me the permission form regardless. Staff called to make an appointment, barely spoke understandable english after multiple attempts, when I tried to ask a question and she just hung up, and I can't call back...
I arrived even before my appointment time, but the front desk staff didn’t check me in. They were busy chatting with each other and completely ignored me. I waited from 10:30 until after 11, and then they told me I was “too late” and refused to take me in — with a bad attitude. As a result, I got fined at my workplace because I was gone for over an hour. I wasn’t late — I was early. They just didn’t care. Extremely unprofessional.
