A while back I had an appointment at this place for the first time ever. Firstly id like to say that they do not contact the patients to tell them that they have an appointment so you have to wait and wait no matter in how much pain you are. Secondly, it is in the very nice part of the city and thirdly, the staff is "very" nice. I tried to be nice and polite but all i got was a very nice look and an eye roll. This clinic was cold and unwelcoming. My first pregnancy ultrasound was supposed to be a special moment, but it turned into a dreadful experience. The staff made no introductions, no eye contact, and offered no explanation during the scan. My partner wasn’t allowed in the room, and the first thing they asked was if I had a miscarriage. The environment was hostile and lacking compassion—I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pre booked appointment was fast.
This is my second time here and I couldn’t fault a single thing. Friendly staff and very efficient.
