Downtown Radio is a great, reliable company that hasn't forgotten what customer service is all about. The repairs are excellent quality and also done in manageable time. If the reapairs are going to take longer than expected, they are great about keeping you informed. The owners are part of the everyday team and all employees let you know they care.
