I am a refugee and I don't understand English. I got my first time vaccination here and I want to get my second time vaccination here, but they can't help me and don't provide Chinese translation. The receptionist's attitude is also very bad. This is how they serve refugees on the fourth floor.
I really need to see the doctor but there is something really wrong with their phone service. I have tried to call 3 separate times and each time it rings and then the automated response and it prompts you to press 1 for English and so on and after I chose 2 for the doctor and 1 bc I'm a current client I was put on hold and their music began...and I waited for almost 10 minutes the first time and then it stops and I hear it start ringing and I assume that a staff member will answer and I will get to make my much needed appoi... read more
My rating is not so much how I really liked this place...but more about the level of care and compassion. Plus my 5 star rating is a major reflection of the quality of care coupled with the attitude and disposition of all who work there yields an over-the-top outstanding clinic!
