Hi, I came with my spouse and he was not properly greeted or welcomed. When we tried to head to the back I stated.. “He’s coming with me” the worker just shook her head no with no explanation. I feel like this would have been a good point to explain why. Especially when this is a joint decision/union. When the front staff saw he was with me they should have told us the process. They are so dismissive . Get new staff .. this is why women abort . You guys make getting help so hard .
They were dismissive of my pain told me to go to the ER and not come in . They transferred me twice & both the nurse and front desk rejected my concerns and told me they cannot see me if I’m having pain lol
Two stars because my first initial visit was great but I’m really disappointed with my experience at this pregnancy center. I was previously told that I could come in whenever to get an ultrasound, which gave me peace of mind knowing I could check on my baby if I felt concerned. However, when I came in today hoping to get an ultrasound, I was told that I couldn’t be seen.
