I had an excellent experience at Downtown Podiatry Physicians! Dr. Mehta’s attentiveness and attention to detail was second to none. She was compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly she provided solutions which gave me hope. The office was immaculate, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly polite and inviting. I left feeling well cared for and appreciated! Highly recommend!

Billing specialist was extremely unhelpful and rude for no reason. I nicely asked for more information after working with my insurance to ensure this practice was in-network but the billing person wouldn't offer any information or answer any questions or connect me to speak with anyone else. They unfortunately lost a patient because of this person.
Booked an appointment to see a podiatrist, took the morning off of work to come here. Got a call 3 minutes before the start of my appointment time that it had been double booked and they needed to reschedule for several hours later. I was already in the office and had received an online confirmation, and couldn’t take more time off of work. Unprofessional.
