Very Unethical.. little progress or real professional help.. BE AWare
Bad experience, with Doreen this receptionist seemed frustrated she was very rude to me, she cancelled my appointment after I had explained and called telling her I was going to be late due to the heavy traffic. I was late by 10 minutes, she cancelled on me and charged $30, despite the policy being that they'd charge if I cancelled in 24 hours. But I did not cancel. It's unreasonable to be charging for being late by 10 minutes. That's scam.
Great experience with Ali and her assistant Fiona two very dedicated and caring professionals. Came in with a knee injury with very little flexibility and made a very significant recovery in a couple of months! Ali provided an exercise program for me that has built up my knee strength while giving me the tools to stretch out any muscle soreness that may develop on a daily basis, cannot recommend them enough!
