Response from Downtown Pets – This was an unfortunate review to read for me. You're never happy when a client leaves unhappy, no matter how you feel about the circumstances but Downtown Pets has never received a bad review before in almost 9 years of service and almost 500,000 dog walks and thousands of pet sits performed.
