Felt like we won the lottery when we got off the waitlist, and it did not disappoint. We (and our child) love everything about Downtown Palo Alto KinderCare. The environment there is incredibly warm and nurturing, and the teachers and staff go above and beyond every single day to provide excellent care. Both of our children started at this daycare (Downtown Palo Alto on Ramona Street) when they were just 12 weeks old and stayed until kindergarten. We could not have asked for a better experience. A long overdue review! When our son started in the baby classroom at Downtown Kindercare in August, 2018, we were nervous about the less than stellar online reviews. Fortunately, we've had nothing but positive experiences, especially when director Nancy took over a short time after we started. We sent our daughter there in Fall 2020, and for over six years, Kindercare was like our family away from home.
