A long overdue review! When our son started in the baby classroom at Downtown Kindercare in August, 2018, we were nervous about the less than stellar online reviews. Fortunately, we've had nothing but positive experiences, especially when director Nancy took over a short time after we started. We sent our daughter there in Fall 2020, and for over six years, Kindercare was like our family away from home. To the amazing teachers of the Octopus class—including Main Teacher Melissa, Ms. Concetta, the other Teacher Melissa, and Teacher Mina (new teacher, so wonderful!)—thank you from the bottom of my heart. We had 2 kids go to Downtown Kindercare, we spent 6 years here. The staff is great, the program values fun and education, there's various additional classes kids can take (eg, cooking). I would definitely recommend this place.
