Absolutely garbage of a practice. Don’t get involved. Department of health should be on them for deceptive practices. Schedule with a doctor and they’ll give you the PA when you arrive but charge your insurance for the doctor themselves. SCAM. FRAUD. The receptionist is a rude individual who cannot handle doing her job properly so she insults clients on the phone not knowing they’re doctors as well. Her name is Nicole, avoid at all costs.

I had a wonderful consultation with Dr. Rachel. She was incredibly thorough, informative, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated her care and professionalism.
I got trigger shot injections. I have tried several pain management clinics and it was a struggle to find one that actually listens to your problems and provide options rather than just blindly give you injections.
