Friendly, easy to work with, secure, clean facility
The Downtown Oroville Storage is absolutely fantastic! We were exporting a motor coach from the US to Canada, and we needed a safe place to park and store it while the paperwork was being processed at the border. Leaving our new coach was a daunting feeling, until we contacted Wes (the owner of Downtown Oroville Storage), and very quickly we had peace of mind our coach would be in good hands. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Wes went above and beyond for us when we recently used his facility to store our import vehicle to Canada. Easy to get ahold of, easy to access facility, no hassle terms, reasonable prices, safe and secure, etc., etc. That’s the stuff that we all appreciate in a service nowadays. What we experienced, however, was much much more. When we arrived, on a Sunday, to collect our vehicle in bloody cold weather, we found our brakes frozen and utterly helpless.
