Went here expecting help from the clinician for a simple prescription refill, as my pregnant wife was suffering from severe nausea while we were visiting Texas from Illinois. She had previously been prescribed ondansetron (Zofran) during her last pregnancy, and it was already documented in her medical history. My experience with Dr Patni was nothing short of amazing. She's truly concerned for my well being. She did not rush me and listened to my concerns.
I’ve have great by Dr. Patni, her nurse Jessica, and every other staff member. Everyone is compassionate and accommodating.
I usually go to a different location but scheduled here for an appointment, I’ve never had a bad experience with Kelsey in general but the staff at this location is pretty rude and sarcastic. I didn’t feel very comfortable during my visit.
