My experience with Dr Patni was nothing short of amazing. She's truly concerned for my well being. She did not rush me and listened to my concerns.
I’ve have great by Dr. Patni, her nurse Jessica, and every other staff member. Everyone is compassionate and accommodating.
I usually go to a different location but scheduled here for an appointment, I’ve never had a bad experience with Kelsey in general but the staff at this location is pretty rude and sarcastic. I didn’t feel very comfortable during my visit.
Had a great experience with the staff from the front office to the nurse, doctor and lab technicians- stellar professionalism and knowledge. Thank you to Dr. Silva for making a visit to the doctor’s pleasant and seamless. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She listened, did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. I will recommend her as a PCP to everyone I know.
