I had a lovely first experience at Downtown Nail Spa, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, today was quite disappointing. I had booked my appointment online and checked in via the QR code as instructed. When I arrived, all the estheticians were busy and there was no one at the front desk to greet me. I booked a manicure and pedicure for the first time at Downtown Nail Spa and was lucky to have Helen. She was incredibly gentle and paid close e to every detail-my feet have never felt this smooth and my nails look flawless. Super relaxing experien!
They did a wonderful job and were very nice but I cannot recommend this place. I’m not from Regina but I wanted to get my nails done while visiting. I saw this place had good reviews so I tried it out. nothing was sanitized which is extremely dangerous. I was the first appointment and the floor was covered in nail dust and nail tips. Trang did an amazing job on my French manicure. She was gentle, precise, and really pleasant to chat with😊. The shape and finish were exactly what I wanted. I even had someone ask me where I got my nails done the next day!
