I had a great experience with DMP. I came from Windsor to DMP with my family to buy a car. Mike, Joe, and Dan were all very friendly, helpful, understanding and took good care of us. I ran into a minor issue with the car later on, but they offered their support and were able to solve the problem.
Stopped by the other day. Definitely would not come by again
Just had the best car purchase experience at DMP. We bought a Mercedes that was not only in impeccable condition and really fair priced, we were also treated very respectfully with the value of our trade-in. Mike, the owner, and Dan, the sales rep, were a pleasure to work with. We’ll be recommending this place to everyone we know, and will no doubt be back for our next purchase. If you’re not from London, like us, it’s totally worth the drive (or remote buy). Thank you, Mike and Dan - see you next time!
Horrible customer service after the transaction, paid 30k cash for a truck, had to take it got an interlock installed, had electrical issues.. didn't know who's fault it was the dealership or interlock, took a day off work for their mechanic just to scan it and tell me idk, ask interlock, anyways, got that fixed, also had a shake at highway speeds and when braking the day I picked it up. CROOKS-AVOID at all costs! Purchased a 2016 journey from them in March. I have since had to put over $2000 in repairs into the vehicle, and it still needs work. These repairs should have been fixed before giving me the vehicle. Some I’m not even sure how it passed the safety inspection the first place! How do you sleep at night knowing you sold a lemon to a family with a little child?! Luckily for me I make a decent income and can afford these repairs. A lot of people cannot.
