Ray got to be the best broker I've come across in my month long search. Hilarious and insightful about the building, but most importantly honest.
Ray was extremely helpful in helping me secure this apartment. Within a day I saw it, applied, and got the place. He even fronted some costs for me because banks were closed day of signing and fixed the intercom immediately when it broke. You can tell he’s passionate and his knowledge of nyc is incredible. Highly recommend!
