Christa and the team at Downtown Memphis Flats have been a pleasure to interact with so far. After an unexpected moving fiasco that brought my items here sooner than anticipated, Christa and her associates worked with me to ensure all of my items were moved into my unit safely. The unit was in fantastic condition upon arrival and is in a great location for exploring downtown Memphis. Highly recommend renting with Downtown Memphis Flats!

Living at the flats has been a great experience. The location is right in the heart of downtown Memphis. There is easy walkable access to local restaurants, shops, the historic Beale street, Fed Ex Forum, Auto Zone and Tom Lee Park. The apartments are modern with up to date appliances. There is key fob access so I always feel safe in the building. The staff is professional and are always quick to respond to any maintenance request.
