Went to tour an apt on a Thursday and loved it. The guy just kept saying gone put in the application fee, I don’t know how long this will be available so boom. We did the $150 ($75 per person) application fee on Monday. On Tuesday morning we received a msg/email saying sign into the portal. I called the office because if it’s saying sign in I am thinking we already got approved and I wanted to double check. I am so impressed with everything about this community! -The staff is so friendly really and helpful! - Main St. has tons of incredible restaurants and local shops. - Location is convenient to everything. - The events that the office throws for the residents are so much fun, and you will meet so many people. - Last but not least, the apartments are stunning.

Refuse to do anything about tenants renting out their apartments on Airbnb despite it being a contract violation and affecting the other tenants. Refuse to find a solution for packages being stolen from common space where they’re dropped off. Just care about getting their rent checks and making a profit.
