This is honestly one of the worst walk-in clinics I’ve ever visited. They have no respect for patients’ time — appointments mean absolutely nothing here. I waited for three hours (yes, 3 hours!) and still had no idea where the doctor was. When I asked the receptionist, she just said, “Oh, he should’ve seen you by now.” Unbelievable. Please don’t support this clinic or give them your business — patients deserve far better treatment and respect.
Terrible waiting time. I’m almost breaking down.
I’ve been coming here for a number of years now and Dr. Moamer Alnegratt is excellent. He’s very kind, and makes the effort to show that he cares, which I appreciate.
What's even the point of making an appointment here? Walk-in wait times were around 4-5 hours, made an appointment for later that week and, as of writing this review, have been waiting 1.5 hours for my appointment. I need to take time off work just because this clinic is running super late.
