We were sent from Internal Medicine to Downtown medicine, my partner went for physical and his report is abnormal, they didn't call to discuss about the issue and didn't follow up at all. When we inquired via mychart, their answers are so cold, they are just saying call and make appointment to discuss. If something is wrong with my health, I'd except my PCP to be concerned and call me to discuss or ask me to visit instead of sending us cold answers and having us to follow up. Will def. change both of our PCP.
My doctor is Baryerlis Horne she is the best. I never had a doctor that would listen to you about your problems but she does. I really like her I hope I can keep her and hope she stays.
Waiting and Appointment rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming
