Some of these reviews are older, so perhaps there have been changes. I followed my PCP from Dartmouth Hitchcock to Downtown Medical/SNHU as he’s the most thorough and kindest PCP I’ve ever had. My review here is for the office staff who’ve all been responsive, professional and friendly. I’ve been able to get same/next day appointments for urgent situations.

Over a year now trying to get an appointment to see my PCP. Last two visits I was seen by unaccompanied students. I keep hearing that my PCP is still seeing patients, but cannot accept an appointment for at least a year. The woman that handles the scheduling is rude and condescending. Time to move on..... **Update** The time to engage a patient liaison has come and gone and that outreach should have been done by you after numerous cancelled and poorly rescheduled visits.
