Candy The new groomer there is wonderful! The new staff seemed to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. My dog had a wonderful time in the daycare and the location could be easier to get to but it's close to the downtown area.
RecommendedMy boy had been looking crazy since covid hit. We’ve done a couple of quarantine cuts with clippers at home to keep him from looking so wild. Majority of groomers are all booked up til March so I decided to try someplace new. Downtown hownds transformed him into a brand new dog! They are friendly, reasonably priced, and fast! His full groom was done within 4 hours. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my boy♥️

Called about boarding my baby for a night, she asked what kind of dog I had and I told her I had a Yorkie she immediately said "OH!". This was on a Thur. for a Mon. night stay. She said it was short notice because she needed to do a temperament test. While I was on the phone w/her she Googled me and told me where I worked but that she would try to work w/me which made me wonder if she had had issues with other city employees.
