Fantastic trainers
Love this gym! So clean & spacious!
I’ve been a member at Downtown Gym a little over a year. I think Downtown Gym is one of the best gyms in Columbia if you prefer working out with a trainer or in a group. Within a year of being at this gym I have seen amazing results from some of the people who train. I think the pricing of the gym is amazing. You only have to pay 50 dollars a month for the entire gym, you also get 4 classes to train with a class (group). I’ve been through many gyms and trainers. Downtown is the only one where I’ve seen consistent results. I recommend it to everyone when the subject comes up.
