My sister and I had the pleasure of meeting Ambassador Chris outside the Gerald R. Ford Museum October 3,2025. He was charismatic, knowledgeable, and informative. We knew nothing about the Downtown Ambassador program. After an explanation, he guided us to enjoy a ride with a bicycle taxi to see the Blue Bridge, which we enjoyed tremendously. Ambassador Chris is an asset to your program. We feel blessed to have met him.
They're just a PR company for the city, they favor the rich and promote billionaire owned franchises and not actual local owned businesses by people who LIVE AND WORK in GR. They're doing everything they can to "beautify" the city while ignoring the glaring issues that plague our city like the high cost of living thanks to the gentrification of working class neighborhoods.
