I'm really impressed with the service dept. I have dealt with one of the big dealers in the area a few times each time a total pain in the ass, multiple visits, no communication, ECT..! I decided to try Down Town Ford for an issue with my 2022 F-250 41k, 6.7 which had a transmission issue while towing. The technician went on a two hour test drive with my trailer hooked up, until we finally got the transmission to act up. They said expect it to be 2-4 weeks !
