I agreed to pay one price when I called. I didn't know the going rate since I wasn't from the area. When I called back to schedule they went up on price and said I should have taken the first offer. I spoke to the manager and she agreed to the lower price. I looked my bank statement before the truck made it to me and it was the higher price. When I called back to ask why she charged the higher price she said the price went up since we talked last (which was 5 minutes) I will push my truck home before using a business with th... read more

This us the most unprofessional tow service I have encountered. Eddie is disrespectful, uses profane language with customers, and cheats his customers with T"om Foolery" after the fact. If there are hidden fees on a tow, disclose them prior to the tow has been dispatched. How can you consciously tell a customer after the tow is in progress and with 15 minutes of a 1hour plus destination?
