The owner of the Downtown Fitness Club (John H) is not a man of his word. He convinced me to pay $100 for a rate lock guarantee for the life of my membership... Now that its time for renewal, he is no longer honoring his rate lock guarantee and wants to charge a membership fee which I was never subject to under the rate guarantee. What a SCAM!!!
