I wanted to be able to give this location a good review; however, I see they are not responsive to customer needs. What i requested was not a big request. I asked simply that the weekend patreons receive the same benefits as clients who attend during the week. On the weekends, the fans and many times the sauna/steam room are not turned on, the workers don’t know how to turn them on and despite asking the director, Nicole, several times and receiving the assurance this would be corrected.
