The receptionists and support staff is very polite, professional and courteous- excellent overall- but the management is lazy, incompetent, and very high maintenance. The manager, Crystal has no interpersonal skills, is totally unorganized, and treats tenants as if they are her employees. I've spoken to other tenants who feel exactly the same way and are planning to move.
