When our doctor and pharmacy dropped the ball on my partner's methadone prescription these lovely and compassionate people got her a prescription to cover a week while we got it sorted out. They faxed it to an open pharmacy and since she had no id they made a temporary id for the pharmacy and got it all cleared. I don’t think that some health professionals understand how much suffering occurs when this prescription is missed for even one day, and she was facing 3 days if they hadn't been willing to help.
