This is the best rental Agency I've encountered in Arkansas. I've lived in the Rainwater apartments for almost a year and switched to the Lofts at SOMA recently for more space. Every maintenance concern is always addressed quickly, the staff is so kind and on top of everything. There is consistent communication about when they need to enter your residence for maintenance. Downtown Dwellings has been one of the best companies I have rented from. They are family owned and they most definitely provide that feeling. They are quick to respond to issues and are always willing to help in anyway possible!! Would recommend them 10 times over!!
