I just can't quit Downtown Dwellings. They always go above and beyond to make the tenant experience comfortable and wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them.
I have lived in 3 different DD apartments at different times over the past several years and have loved all of them! The team is very responsive and all very kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental unit!
I've been renting for 20 years and this is best landlord I've had. Their lease agreement was more confusing and intimidating than all the apartment leases I've signed before, but once you get past that, this is a landlord that's very genuine, one that cares about the upkeep of their buildings and the MacArthur Park / SOMA community.
