I just switched pharmacies and couldn’t be more pleased! The staff is extremely helpful! I had a new RX that cost a ridiculous amount, and they worked with me on trying to find a way fill the script. I expected it to take a few days to fill my prescriptions, but they had them ready right away. So happy I made the change!

The local pharmacy in Leavenworth closed & transferred our scripts to Walgreens without our permission. I will not use Walgreens (or Walmart) so I transferred our scripts to CVS (also the preferred pharmacy of our insurance), but they kept messing up my scripts, so I started looking for a new pharmacy. Since we go to breakfast at Flashbacks quite often, I checked into Downtown Drugstore. We have been very happy since!!!! We have been there for a very short time but they know us by name already!!!
