Karen really lives up to her name ! She let a pregnant woman and her 2 year old son come in from the cold that were kicked out of that awful woman shelter on Broadway...she fed them gave the 2 year old toys to play with and made shore they all got shelter and assistance ...I love that store! ... Huge shout out to Shirley and Caitlin ...you girls are so awesome
