I recently bought a car from carmax and the interior smelled a little musty or like previous owner smoked in the car. Downtown Detail did an amazing job on the interior and had to come back to do the exterior due to incoming back weather. He came back and did an amazing job and even offer up suggestions on how to keep the exterior looking like new. I definitely recommend and will use again.
Had a no call no show when first scheduled, eventually got back to us that he had over booked, and we had to reschedule. Told Vinny that I'd like a "superior" detailing as offered on their website. After he was done, he said that he had not brought the stuff for the wheel wells, so he didn't do that. He didn't do the engine bay (no reason given) but he would knock $5 off.
