I cannot say enough wonderful things about Downtown Dental and Dr. Richard Rathke! For the past 23 years, I was incredibly self-conscious about my smile. It was something I thought about every day. I learned how to smile a certain way in photos, cover my mouth when I laughed, and avoid showing my teeth whenever possible. Extremely kind staff - very accommodating of my anxiety around going to the dentist after a long time since I had been to a dentist. Helpful and kind about where to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Rathke is very friendly and always remembers me. When I had to change insurance carriers they helped move my appointment to make sure I could get my cleaning in before I changed insurance. I would recommend this dental office to everybody!
everything about the team and office is 10/10. The Dr is very caring and kind and the hygienists are great at what they do. Everyone had great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable. I would absoutely recommend to anyone.
Dr. Rathke and his team are incredible! I instantly felt welcome & genuinely cared for. The whole experience was unlike any other dental office I’ve ever been to, and I actually look forward to my next visit! Fantastic work
