Extremely kind staff - very accommodating of my anxiety around going to the dentist after a long time since I had been to a dentist. Helpful and kind about where to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Rathke is very friendly and always remembers me. When I had to change insurance carriers they helped move my appointment to make sure I could get my cleaning in before I changed insurance. I would recommend this dental office to everybody!
everything about the team and office is 10/10. The Dr is very caring and kind and the hygienists are great at what they do. Everyone had great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable. I would absoutely recommend to anyone.
Dr. Rathke and his team are incredible! I instantly felt welcome & genuinely cared for. The whole experience was unlike any other dental office I’ve ever been to, and I actually look forward to my next visit! Fantastic work
Downtown Dental is the best dental facility in New Orleans. First of all, the staff is unbelievably nice, friendly, and helpful. They are beyond genuine and actually care about the needs of their clients. Not only are the staff highly qualified, thorough, and patient, but they make our visits quite pleasant and memorable. Oh my! Dr. Rathke is the absolute best!!! I have/had severe 'dentist' issues but desperately needed work done. He and his staff were awesome. They truly were concerned about my fears and were so respectful!!! They even went above and beyond this week. Their office is comfortable, accommodating and very convenient especially if you work, live in and around the CBD.
