Great staff and service.
I've been going to downtown dental for many years. Why? Because dental work is a very personal thing, and Dr. Bennett and Sandy, my hygienist treat you very personally. They are experienced++ and you know that when they explain everything to you. Comfortable atmosphere and quality work.
I had been going to the same dentists for 32 years and was nervous when moving here knowing I needed to find a new one. VERY happy with this choice. The admin staff and dental hygienists are so friendly and do a wonderful job! The space is always clean and peaceful, and even the art rotates with the seasons (a local phenomenal artist may I add). All staff are friendly and know me and call me by my name. It is always nice to be recognized that way. Also am offered options when I need more dental work and choices for procedures are explained as we go...helps my curiosity and alleviates my nervousness, if I am feeling that way.
