Excellent visit earlier this week - empathic care is important to me; all expectations for this met and exceeded.
Dr. Alex is a dentist I'd recommend for people with anxiety, he's very friendly and tries his best to keep you calm during your procedure. Dr. Brunt is more-so for those patients who want no bs, who just wanna come in and get it done. Docked a star for a negative experience I had. Overall, though, good place.

I have been a patient at Downtown Dental since 1990 when I moved here to London. Always magnificent care of my teeth and of how they treat me. Always a warm smile on all the staffs faces, from Sarah at the front desk, to my amazing hygienist Lisa. My dentist Dr. Brunt is amazing in all the work he has done with my dental needs. I have a bit of anxiousness when getting my freezing and he is very aware of this and he very nicely gets me through that step. Thank you for that Dr. Brunt, thank you so very much.
I've gone to Downtown Dental since I was a teenager. Recently, after many years of inability to visit, I was welcomed back and they fixed my teeth within 2 appointments. I spent many years embarrassed to smile, and today I walked out smiling confidently for the first time in a long time. The hygienists and the dentist who fixed my teeth were patient, understanding, and they listened to every concern I had. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. They went above and beyond for both appointments! Thank you!
