I want to be completely honest about how I feel regarding the missed appointment fee. I understand policies exist, but I need you to understand the real impact this has on some patients. For me—and likely for many others—$50 is not a small inconvenience. It can equal weeks of groceries, and for some people, even one missed appointment fee can prevent them from getting necessary dental care. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything that I needed to know was fully explained and Dr. Amika even called the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any more questions.
Just came in for a cleaning and saw Laura. She was amazing and very gental. Everyone at the office is very kind and helpful.
