What A Great Staff and Curious also Very Nice Building with State-Of The -Art equipment*
The service was excellent.
Billing department is not transparent and they double charged for their work. They charged my mother and her insurance company and then gave her a hard time getting her $500 reimbursed!! When she did get reimbursed it was only for $250 and they came up with an excuse as to why she was not going to receive her full amount! Very corrupt and I will NEVER use them! Based off of the other reviews they have an issue with billing and are overcharging and then not answering their phone.
I have been a patient of Dr Witten for a long time. Everyone is always courteous, professional and efficient. I also want to salute Arlene, who has been taking care of my teeth for 20 years! An old post, miss Arlene, Hannah did a great job!
