As a new patient, the process from scheduling, to exam and cleaning was all very easy! Every person I've encountered at Downtown Dental has been so friendly. Any questions I had were answered and we discussed my goals for my smile and health. Based on my first experience here, I would highly recommend!
I am so happy to be a patient of this dental practice. As new members of the community, it's hard to pick a dentist, but this office is great. And their new hygienist, Stef, did a fabulous job yesterday. I drink a LOT of coffee, no more stains. Thank you so much; I highly recommend you!!!
Coming from somebody that has always hated going to the dentist—I had a great experience and will be back. I let my dental health decline simply due to my dislike of going. The office was very clean and quiet. Every employee had a smile on their face. It was really an experience, not just an office visit. Dr. Lutz really made me feel comfortable in the plans for treatment and I look forward to restoring my smile. If you’re looking for a place to go—that’s the one!
Going to the dentist used to be so daunting to me because of past experiences elsewhere when I was younger. The prospect of having major restorative dental work done was even more anxiety-inducing. The environment is clean, welcoming, and truly focused on patient comfort and overall health. I appreciated how everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully.
