Great cleaning appointment this morning!! Love how gentle Stephanie was during my dental cleaning and it’s always a pleasure to be taken care of by Dr Jimmy!!
Very welcoming and kind staff! Explained everything to me well and didn't push anything on me. The doctor himself was very nice and clear about everything.
My experience was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. The staff is kind and caring, and Dr. Jimmy actually listens! He asks questions about what the patient wants, and he gives his ideas about what is possible, BUT, the final decisions are up to the patient. I HIGHLY recommend Downtown Dental.
