Receptionists are rude, and they make appointments without consent then try to charge you a no show fee when you haven't even booked an appointment. Then give you attitude and try to speak down to me like I'm stupid because I'm indigenous
The worst cleaning experience I ever had, unfortunately. She never rinsed my mouth once during my cleaning. She told me to swallow instead. It was gross. The hygienist should be rinsing and suctioning with each section.
