We love Downtown Dental! Dr. Scott Bennett is fantastic at explaining things and takes the time to answer any questions. He is also patient with kids and really helped calm my daughter down throughout the process of getting cavities filled. The hygenists are wonderful and have always been so patient with my kids! My kids love going to the dentist- which is a real win! We now live across the city, but choose to still come to Downtown Dental because it is a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our whole family.
I had CBCT done here by referral and will not recommend this clinic because the receptionists do not know how to send it. A rip off i should sat

All staff are friendly and know me and call me by my name. It is always nice to be recognized that way. Also am offered options when I need more dental work and procedures are explained as we go...helps my curiosity and alleviates my nervousness, if I am feeling that way.
