I was disappointed with my recent appointment. The front desk staff was abrupt and seemed more interested in their conversation than attending to patients. My dental hygienist, Ashley, was very rough, causing significant discomfort throughout the appointment. I usually see Simona, but was informed she was unavailable, and I was already scheduled. The fees were unexpectedly high. Despite having two insurance plans, I still had to pay out of pocket.
Excellent receptionists. Very friendly and professional. Dr Townsend and his assistant where very professional and accommodating as always. Discussed my concerns with there recently suggested treatment plan and his explanations and recommendation's for setting up my new treatment plan. I have gone to this dental group for over 50 years and have never been disappointed and have always received excellent service , care and follow up. Highly recommend! TMB
I've been going to this clinic for well over 15 years. Staff has always been very friendly and welcoming from the front end staff to the dentists, hygienists, and assistants. Dr. Whitney and Dr. Yont are both fantastic and knowledgeable dentists. I've had cleanings with both Ashley and Simona and they have made the process easy and painless. Like many others out there, I broke a crown and the staff at Downtown Dental took care of me, like the professional they are. The staff got me in quickly and placed a temporary crown and a few day later had my replacement crown, and its like I never broke it in the first place. Can't say enough about have the staff, taking care of you like you are FAMILY! Scout out to the entire staff at Downtown Dental for professional services!
