My experience was great. After calling numerous places, they got me in the next morning to accommodate my needs. Dr. Krump spent a great deal of time explaining next steps and overall dental health.
I highly recommend Downtown Dental! I was visiting from out of town and needed emergency dental care. They were able to get me in as soon as possible, which I greatly appreciated. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, kind, and understanding. The staff provided excellent service and made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. Dr. Krump was wonderful and even offered to help with additional dental work if needed. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding care!
I’ve been going here for two years now and have had nothing but good results! My oral health is much better and issues with my teeth have been being fixed at a pace I can afford with zero problems! If I could give them ten stars I would!
