Very nice place for gatherings.
Scam, Scam, Scam! Was referred to downtown charm from a local resident. After contacting Camille and sending a deposit we have had no response to requests for paperwork, questions regarding the venue, phone calls and text messages have not been returned. Good thing we only paid a deposit and not for the whole rental. Save your money and move on to another venue. This is a scam!
A good small venue. Great for parties. It does need some sound treatment as the room is very boomy which makes it hard to hear.
