If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is THE worst daycare so far in Cedar Rapids. My son got RSV and hand foot and mouth disease which he had to spend a week in the hospital for the RSV. I know a lot of people would say you can get those from anywhere, but parents are still sending their kids there knowing they're sick and KinderCare allowed it. Worse daycare ever. The director is so disrespectful to her staff. She doesnt care for them. I heard her yelling at a staff when i was picking up my kid and the staff walked out and she didnt care about it and made most staff upset. Know wonder why everyone leaves there sara is the worse director definitely taking my kid somewhere else

I highly recommend the downtown kindercare location. They always hear me out when I need to discuss something. They are very good at communication to parents. My kids always loved attending there. Their employees have been doing an amazing job with the kids and making sure they have fun each and everyday!
