I've never had the experience of having to almost beg for a service that I AM paying for. If I want something specific, the doctor should be professional enough to perform these types of tasks, whether common or constant; and yet having to say if I should leave angry or frustrated by the service, not to mention that he apparently prefers to interrupt or not speak at all with a patient just because he doesn't have time between appointments? I had wonderful experience with Downtown Braces! They offer easy payment plan and answer all my questions about Invisilign treatment. Started my child with Phase I and so happy to see other parents recommending this office to us. Highly recommended kids and adult friendly place!
I visited this clinic for a very small issue with my permanent retainer — only the end had slightly lifted. No wire replacement, no adjustment, no emergency. I expected a quick, affordable fix. When I called ahead to ask about the cost, I was told, “It depends on the treatment” — no estimate, no range, nothing to help me make an informed decision.
