Amanda is a great coach. She brings a great energy, offers lots of encouragement and advice during the workout, and keeps the class on time.
Kaylee was awesome! She was very thorough with instructions for the warm up and the workout, and was super friendly. Looking forward to the next WOD at CFD. Thanks for being so welcoming.
Brandon was great. I've visited lots of boxes all over the country, and the staff and facility are top notch. Great warmup, proper explanation of the movements and lots of enthusiasm throughout the workout. I will be returning when in town.
