My home gym since last summer! You’ll be hard pressed to find a better group of people and coaches who all strive to better themselves. Every gym would be lucky to have someone like Coach Corey who dedicates so much of himself for the betterment of our gym 🙌🏼
I’ve been regularly attending classes at CrossFit Dayton for 3 months now and my experience has been great! Coaches are helpful and easy to interact with and the community is awesome!
I enjoyed trial class on Sat. morning very much, coaches were attentive and supportive. I was not pushed to do too much, but just enough for safe and good workout. I will definitely return for more classes.
Today was my first time trying CrossFit! I absolutely loved it and can't wait to be apart of more classes in the future! Amanda was a really great, funny and very kind instructor. She was right there whenever I felt like I needed alittle extra help. Ashley (the gym own) was there and a few other instructors and he was very nice and helped me along the workout as well he was very kind. The instructors were there at the end of class to answer any and all questions.
