Used booky to make an appointment only to get emailed saying you guys had to reschedule it then I get emailed saying I missed an appointment YOU had to reschedule and I even got a venmo request even though I DID NOT CONFIRM THE NEW TIME SLOT.
Biggest fear after moving from NYC was finding a barber that can fade right and cut hair. Mitch did both! 100% recommend especially for my NYC fam
