Great experience! While travelling from Canada to California, I asked around for a BBQ recommendation in the Santa Rosa area. Well, lucky me! I had the pleasure of dining at and meeting the owner and chef of this restaurant. The best word I can use to describe my experience was NATURAL. The flavours were natural and delicious. The ingredients, you could tell, were picked fresh and made from scratch.
