I had a great experience with Downtown Automotive! They worked on my vehicle in a timely manner and were honest about repairs it needed and what could go wrong if they weren't fixed. Great team to work with!
Can't recommend Downtown Automotive enough. They're excellent communicators and timely in their work. I can source my own parts, and they'll install them without issue. I've taken both my vehicles here multiple times (when I'm too lazy to do the work or it exceeds my skills/time worthiness) and I've never felt disappointed or ripped off in any capacity. From oil changes to water pumps to power steering pumps to suspension components... they've done great work for me and I'm absolutely a customer for life.
I felt 100% confident that Adam was not trying to make an extra buck by seeking out unnecessary fixes with my van. He explained the issue, possible causes, and what the solution would be. Their prices were very reasonable and everyone was kind. We are thankful to have a shop like this in town!
