It's always such a great experience dealing with Randy. That is not a normal thing to say when dealing with automotive issues. This is not the normal company. They are always helpful and try to take the time to explain (or try to explain) the problem areas no matter how hard it is to understand (because if you aren't a mechanic, you probably do not know what the oxygen sensor or which one and the Cadillac converter ... okay I am done or I'm going to have to google to get more mechanic things to say.) I have to say for never having used any mechanic but one for the last several years, I’m really glad i switched to Downtown Automotive, they were lower priced and much more personable than my previous mechanic! I highly recommend them

Recently took in our new/used car that needed new rotors and could not have been more pleased. Not only did they provide us with great service and good prices, they were honest with what we needed and did not need. My husband wanted to replace the brake pads but they were honest and let him know that the brake pads were new, no need to purchase new one's unless that was our preference. Pleased with their honesty and fast service. Will be returning for ANY repairs we have on all of our vehicles.
